This week's song is Любит - не любит by Заплатки! My friend introduced me to this album a while back and I've finally gotten to listening to it. I like it a lot, I hope you enjoy it too!

Things in life have been getting better. The real life happenings from a few weeks ago aren't as glaring and most of what's needed to be done is done. I'll try to do these posts as often as I used to, now.

About my rips

I disagree with a lot of my rips' current grades, so I'll be listening through and manually re-grading them. I'll also probably update the guide on what each grade means, because I remember running into many issues that I hadn't anticipated when I first made the guide.

Any pressing issues will be updated into all three of this blog's main languages (English, French, Russian). For an example of this, refer to this rip, where I note a particularly dire issue with track A5.

Edit: Apparently the key hasn't been updated since before I got my boombox. This has been due for a long time.

Edit 2: All rips have been re-evaluated. I don't think I want to have to do that ever again.

Collection update

Discogs appears to be down for me right now, but I managed to get my hands on two cassettes: one by a Lithuanian group named Komanda, and one by a Korean singer named Moon Ju Ran. I'm excited to listen, I'll probably post a song or two from each at some point :)

I'll return to song of the week eventually. Just as things were getting better, it seems like things are going to shit again. Maybe next week, maybe the week after. When I remember on a Monday again, I'll pick the habit up again.
